Satisfaction Guarantee

  All of our producst come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with the product that you purchased return it for a full refund (minus shipping).

Shipping Details

Most Items will ship within 24 to 72 hours. Items ordered after 2pm (central time) during the week and items ordered on Friday and the weekend will be processed the next business day.  Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your order is damaged upon arrival at your address and it is not due to the package carrier,  please contact us and we will refund or replace the item at no charge.

If your order is damaged enroute please contact the package carrier (UPS or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
